FOWODE frequently engages experts under individual contracts to work on short-term projects. Applicants for consultancies must demonstrate that they meet mandatory requirements in respect to financial capacity, legal status, compliance with applicable tax laws and possess the requisite expertise and experience in respect to the services, works and goods applied for.

Consultants are typically engaged on a short-term basis against agreed Terms of Reference (TORs). and any form of canvassing or lobbying for expression of interest shall lead to automatic disqualification.
